PUMA RIDER RIPPER
COLOR & MATERIAL WORK FOR PUMA NA
Our goal with this design was for a simple clean colorway that sat amongst the rest of the rider collection while making its own unique statement.
The PU smooth-textured and pinstriped formstrip echos the look of the midsole, with thin red stripes set atop a matte black base - creating a standout yet understated design language.
DROPPED VERSIONS
This color & material story was initially inspired by Neon Genesis Evangelion, with the release happening around the same time as the NGE series was released on Netflix.
3 colorways represented the 3 main protagonist mechs from the acclaimed series.
